The Back Bay Road Runners was a running club that ran weekly at the YWCA on Tuesday evenings at 6:30 p.m. It was a very informal meeting, so people felt free to drop in at any time to join us for a run, or just to meet the group and find out what it was all about. We ran a loop around the Charles River of varying distances, anywhere from 5 to 9 miles. The group usually broke up into different paces ranging from seven to ten minutes per mile. We broke up a few years ago as people changed jobs, moved away, lost interest etc.
